Qualify 1K Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Qualify, Tnuva USA, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on November 9, 2025, and ends on November 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:
 1️⃣ Follow @qualify_protein on Instagram.
 2️⃣ Like the giveaway post.
 3️⃣ Tag up to four (4) friends in one comment.

  • Each comment with up to four tags counts as one entry.
  • Entrants may comment multiple times with different friends.

If a winning comment is selected, both the entrant and the tagged friends (up to five total individuals) will each win one (1) tub of Qualify Strawberry Protein.

4. Prizes

A total of ten (10) tubs of Qualify Strawberry Protein will be awarded.
 Each winner will receive one (1) full-size tub (approx. retail value: $49.99).
 Two winning comments will be randomly selected, and all tagged friends (up to four) in those comments will also receive a prize.
 Prizes will be shipped only within the continental United States.
No cash or other prize substitution is permitted.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random using a verified comment picker tool on or around November 22, 2025.
 Winners will be announced on Instagram and contacted via Direct Message.
 If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Publicity & Privacy

By participating, entrants grant Qualify permission to publicly announce their Instagram handle if selected.
Personal data collected will be used solely for prize fulfillment and will not be shared or sold.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qualify and Tnuva USA are not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or other issues that may prevent participation.
 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

8. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
