  • Ingredients

    • ½ banana, mashed
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 scoop Qualify Dark Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder Drink Mix
    • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
    • 2 tablespoons almond flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

Grease a microwave-safe mug or ramekin.

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or directly in your mug.

Microwave for 1 minute. Insert a toothpick or a knife to check that the cake is cooked all the way through — it should come out clean. If not, cook for another 20 seconds, or until done.

Remove from microwave and let cool. Enjoy!

Yes!  These will last at least 4-5 days if store in an air tight container in the fridge. 

Can you freeze fluffy vegan pancakes?

Absolutely. We recommend flash freezing by placing cooked and cooled pancakes on a baking sheet and then freezing them. After 15-20 minutes they should be frozen enough to pop into a freezer safe container or bag.
